System Overview

The equipment of each production line is controlled by a main PLC, and each main PLC needs to communicate with other main PLCs and data servers through optical fibers to complete

the automation operation of the entire production line. During the construction and operation of the production line, there may be limited space, vibration, electromagnetic interference,

and other impacts. In such an environment, it is important to ensure accurate data exchange between the front-end and back-end. So the communication products that need to be

installed on the production line have good anti vibration and impact effects, good anti electromagnetic interference capabilities, and are small in size and easy to install.

Project networking

The access layer adopts gigabit ring network industrial grade Ethernet switches, and establishes regional gigabit ring network redundancy on a production workshop basis. The workshop

ring network is connected to the central aggregation core switch based on the characteristics and specific needs of the carried business. The second layer ring network of the access

layer adopts our company's own fast self-healing protocol SC Ring, with a network self-healing time of less than 15ms, ensuring uninterrupted switching of the network.

The aggregation core layer adopts gigabit/ten thousand optical devices. Design a reasonable network capacity and select appropriate equipment based on the actual size of business

data traffic. Security management: Logically close all unused network ports of the access switch.
