Scheme description:
Each independent control unit in the integrated power station system has an independent monitoring system, which consists of three parts: the field equipment bay layer, the network
layer, and the station control layer. The interval layer equipment includes various sensors, actuators, etc., the network layer equipment includes industrial Ethernet switches, etc., and the
station control layer equipment includes monitoring hosts, servers, etc.
Network topology: The network topology of the integrated power station system adopts a ring network topology to enhance system stability. The access layer adopts 4 Gigabit optical
and 8 Gigabit electrical switches and serial servers to build the most stable bandwidth link; The aggregation layer is connected by a full gigabit optical switch, which is then connected
to the core switch via fiber optic cables. The access layer links are all based on the principle of proximity, using CAT6 Ethernet cables for connection and transmission, and then
connected to the core switch via the optical port of the aggregation switch, reducing multi-level serial connections and facilitating the management and maintenance of the entire
system after completion.
Network security: In order to ensure the network security of the integrated power station system, our company has enabled port isolation function on the core switch to achieve port
isolation under the same VLAN, reduce broadcast storms, and ensure wireless network quality. At the same time, deploy security devices such as firewalls and intrusion detection to
encrypt and filter data transmission, preventing network attacks and illegal access.
