security prevention and control project" that takes the county, township, and village comprehensive management centers as the command platform, relies on comprehensive
management informatization, is based on grid management, and focuses on the application of public safety video surveillance networking.
Solution:
The overall plan is constructed according to the three-level structure of central, county (city, district, banner), township (street), and village (community), gradually realizing
interconnection at different levels, and can also achieve networking at the city (prefecture, state, league), provincial (autonomous region, municipality directly under the central
government) level to higher authorities. The Xueliang Engineering Command and Dispatch System is based on IP network high-definition audio and video communication technology,
