Highway video surveillance solution
Scheme description
System Overview
The operational characteristics of the highway management department and the business requirements for safety management, the architecture design of the entire video surveillance
system adopts a hierarchical network management architecture, generally consisting of three levels of management architecture: provincial monitoring center, section monitoring sub
center, and grassroots monitoring unit.
Toll station subsystem
Continuous 24-hour monitoring of toll station entrance and exit plazas, toll booths, and lanes on highways. Capture license plates, recognize vehicle models, and identify vehicle logos, and combine them with backend system analysis to achieve functions such as verifying vehicle trajectories and querying vehicles.
Service Area Monitoring Subsystem
24-hour monitoring of service area entrances and exits, parking lots, and rest halls. Monitor vehicles that exceed their normal stay time to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel
entering and exiting the service area.
Tunnel subsystem
Monitor the visibility of the entire tunnel section. Master traffic conditions and collect traffic information during normal operation;
Field monitoring subsystem
Including monitoring systems along the route, event detection systems, traffic flow systems, information dissemination systems, etc.
Road segment monitoring sub center
Responsible for the access and management of monitoring equipment at toll stations, tunnels, and outdoor areas within the road section, to achieve daily road operation monitoring
and management.
Provincial Monitoring Center
The provincial monitoring center is able to control all road sections. Ability to call and control images of all road segments.
