With the widespread use of motor vehicles, various illegal incidents related to motor vehicles have begun to breed and spread, and the resulting road traffic safety issues have become
an important limiting factor in social and economic development. The high-definition digital electronic police system consists of functions such as red light running capture, speeding
capture, reverse/illegal lane change/yellow line crossing capture, and video surveillance. At every intersection, if a vehicle violates regulations by passing through the intersection, the
license plate image of the violating vehicle will be used as evidence, captured and stored on the local embedded computer. Then, the computer processes all the images and transmits
them to the main control center through an industrial Ethernet switch, and notifies the car owner to pay the fine. Throughout the entire process, the transmission of image data requires
a reliable and uninterrupted network.
