Monitoring location requirements
1. Monitoring points that must be installed: main wellhead, auxiliary wellhead, underground mechanical and electrical chamber, excavation working face, underground exit of mining
working face, underground parking lot, monitoring room, and height room.
2. Other locations that need to be installed: The mine will decide the installation location according to its own management requirements, and each mining area will determine the
installation quantity based on the actual site survey
Requirements for network cameras
The video cameras used for monitoring underground must meet the requirements of mine electrical shock resistance, adopt low light design, and use infrared design, and must solve
the problems of heat generation and long-term operation; Given this requirement, we recommend using our network camera with a protective cover. We choose corrosion-resistant
type for the protective cover, which is made of all stainless steel, fully sealed, corrosion-resistant, dustproof, IP68 level, can be equipped with zoom lens, suitable for harsh dust and
acidic environments, and suitable for mines with gas or dust explosion hazards.
Selection of Switch
The environment at the mine site is worse than ordinary environments, at least in terms of vibration, moisture, and temperature. Ordinary switches are not designed to withstand
various situations that may occur in industrial environments, and cannot work for long periods of time in such harsh environments. They are prone to malfunctions and increase
maintenance costs. In order to enable the switch to be used in such harsh environments, it is recommended to use industrial grade switches. The reliability of industrial grade
switches includes power failure, port interruption, relay output alarm, redundant dual DC power input, active circuit protection, overvoltage and undervoltage automatic circuit
breaker protection,
